Our next date is Sunday, April 26th , join us for a beautifully crafted six-course feature menu priced at $95 per person (before GST & gratuity).

This menu is inspired by the restaurants Chef Karl worked in and the dishes he cooked and enjoyed while in France.

This year, we’ve shifted away from mandatory pairings to create a more welcoming experience for all diners. Guests may add the full wine pairing at their discretion or simply order wines or non-alcoholic beverages individually—ensuring everyone can enjoy the evening in their own way.

Each Sunday Supper Club will still feature a unique theme. What remains constant is our commitment to bringing people together, fostering conversation, and creating a shared meal that feels both elevated and comforting.

An Evening in the Loire Valley at The Marc

Thursday, May 7th | 6:00pm

Transport yourself to the Loire Valley for an evening of discovery at The Marc. This four-course dinner is paired with five wines from Château Tracy, exploring the nuance of Sauvignon Blanc across Menetou-Salon and Pouilly-Fumé, with a final expression in Pinot Noir. The evening begins with a reception pour and unfolds into a guided culinary and wine experience that celebrates place, craftsmanship, and seasonality.
