We're proud to be participating in Alberta on the Plate, running August 8–17, a celebration of the incredible bounty grown and produced right here in our province. As a local restaurant, we believe in showcasing the best that Alberta has to offer—from farm-fresh vegetables to responsibly raised meats and artisanal goods crafted by passionate producers.
This initiative gives us the opportunity to connect directly with the growers, ranchers, and makers who form the backbone of Alberta’s agri-food industry. By working hand-in-hand with these dedicated individuals, we’re able to bring you a menu that’s not only delicious, but deeply rooted in local pride and sustainability.
Join us as we tell the Alberta food story—one dish at a time.
